Website Development Process

Part One:
• After an initial phone call or email discussing what you're looking for we'll set up a time to either come to your office {or a location that works best for both parties} and meet with you or to set a time for a detailed phone conversation. This conversation will entail: going over what websites you do and don't like, the amount of pages you're looking for, type of content you'd like on your website, types of maintenance  you might need on it, etc. After we've gone over everything you'll receive a quote from us detailing pricing, time table for completion, etc.

Part Two:
• Once we receive your deposit and signed contract we begin work on the template for your website. While working on that we work with you to gather information and text for your website as long as any logos, graphics, and images we'll need to complete it. After that we'll get all of the content up on the website to your specifications.

Part Three:
• Once the initial draft of the website is done, we'll send you over the website for your evaluation. Then you'll send us a list of tweaks and adjustments {content and template wise} for your website. Once we get your changes we'll make those within a short time frame. We'll email you when your website changes and updates are completed. You can re-look over the website again and let us know of any further tweaks you'd like to make. Most of the time we go back and fourth with a clients a few times to make sure the website is absolutley perfect.

Part Four:
• Once all of the changes to your website have been made and you're happy with it, we can either set up a time to meet at your office {or a location that works for both parties} or speak over the phone and have a close out meeting.
